Any one got a good link or their own full workout ( upper body ) program they are willing to share, recently i have started back lifting have really have no routine yet i just lift what i feel like and leave.. i need sumthing to go by, and suggestions and when i use to be in the weight room at school we had these charts it showed u looked up your max, and what week u were on and what set and it showed u exactly what weight to use.. anyone know where t get one of these? like the first week would be 5 or 6 sets of 10 reps then the next week would be sumthin like 10 10 10 8 8 8 ...im not sure the exact but this is just and example, then by week 7 it was like 8 6 4 2 2 1 or sumthing of that nature
