Training coach??

I'm not sure if this is posted in the right place, but I was looking for a coach in the Seattle area of further North. I would like to compete, but need some help. If any of you are close to the area please PM me! Thankyou!!

You're in luck! There's a great husband and wife team by the names of Kevin and Denise James(WNBF Pro). (KVNJames) (DeniseJ) They run the INBF Washington State show and also are the best diet nutritionists I know. They're in Marysville.

I highly recommend them!
