hi guys, quick question: if i will be working out at nite (late, like around 1am) what do you recommend for pwo shake/meal and meal right before sleep (around 230 or 3)? i know, weird hours, but that's my sucky schedule..
btw, im 6'4, 185, on a bulking phase, got meal breakdown ready, doing rippetoes system at tuesday nite (around midnite), thursday nite (around 130am) and saturday day (early afternoon)
