Legs = sick?
Dudes I just did legs first time in like a month... had to stop because i felt so sick while doing them, feeling a bit better now.. 30 mins after.
I did like 8 sets of squats (wasnt that heavy, just medium weight. Thats why so much sets)
then did like 4 sets of leg extension but then felt so sick had to stop.
Dunno if it was the workout or the ****ty taste of lemonade noxplode before workout...

Whenever I do squats I get VERY nauseous some times. When I first started working out 2 months ago I had to sit down in the gym because I almost puked a couple of times. So yes the same thing has happaned to me.

legs are a very large muscle group, and when you work them out it puts a lot of stress on your central nervous system. this is what causing you to feel nauseous and 'sick'. you will adjust to it over time but the sickness will never go away. thats why leg day sucks

stimulants can make you get sick faster. and if youre not getting sick on leg day, youre not training hard enough. ever hear "Squat until you puke"?
i've never left a leg day without feeling sick or puking

Yes, but never took it literally.
Also, When I used to do legs harder than today and I mean heavy (like 6 rep) I never got that sick

haha butt injury.
I get a little sick from leg day but the worst thing is going down the stairs after squats. I hold the railing very tightly lol. When I first started lifting I would feel nauseous after a hard/intense workout, but that faded over time. It just means you had a good workout.

Because squats are so taxing, your body needs to divert blood to your brain and muscles, and away from your stomach/digestive tract. Puking up your stomach contents is the easiest way for your body to avoid using extra blood to digest food. Try working out on an emptier stomach/waiting longer after eating before working out.

Trade your N.O. Explode with a caffine pill. Eat 1 cup of oats an hour before your workout. The night before leg day try to get extra carbs in, and get a little more sleep.

When you do a very good leg work out it SHOULD give you a upset stomach. That's the sign you did a good leg work out. GJDM
