Were you in Target at the time? It would make Kev's story more believable!

Wow...Thanks all...It really is humbling...and I mean that sincerely. Last November I was out to dinner with my wife and I started to thank her for her support...with my diet and workouts and the like...and I just broke up crying like a baby...I know I know..but really it's hard for me to believe as well it really is an emotional experience. I used to stand in front of the mirror and pull the skin back on my face and imagine what I would look like if I was thinner. I know its weird but even sometimes now when i look in the mirror I still see fat. Earlier this summer my daughter got baptized and someone took some pictures and after looking at those I said to myself "Damn boy you need to eat" LOL. It has been a journey for sure and so many stories. When I weighed 280 my desire to be thin was so strong I started to abuse laxitives....I got down to about 210 but was weak and unhealthy. I knew that i couldn't keep that up...but vowed I would never get that heavy again. Well I did. It was at this time I took control and changed my lifestyle. I wanted to do it the right way and time was not a factor...so with education and inspiration from this website and the people on it I set out to do just that. It worked.
