RJackson89's Hdrol Log
This is going to be my first prohormone cycle. I'll be running h-drol at 50/75/75/75/75/75. I just finished my preloading phase where I took 2 scoops of Cycle Support a day plus extra hawthorn berry for a week.
My main goal is to around 8-10 lbs. of LBM and also a boost in strength. For PCT I will be running Nolva, tribulus & horny goat weed. I originally was going to use Reversitol (3/2/2/1) but have since changed that. I'm going to be eating around 3500 - 4000 calories a day.
I took my first pill of Hdrol this morning before my work out and will being taking another one later on in the evening.
Current stats are 6'2" and about 206 lb. I'm not sure on BF%. I will check that tomorrow at the gym.
My workout schedule is going to be the following:
M- Legs
Tu- Chest
W- Back
Th- Legs
F- Shoulders / Delts
Sat- Arms
I've been doing the above schedule for the past month or so and have seen some good gains with it so I plan on keeping it through the hdrol cycle.
Here's a pic of the cycle:
Today's Leg workout:
Leg press: 3 platesx20, 4 platesx14, 5 platesx10, 5 platesx10
Leg extensions: 100x15, 120x12, 160x10, 180x5
Hack Sqauts: 1 plate x 14, 2 plates x10, 2 plates x 10
Leg curls: 80x10, 100x10, 110x8
Calf raises: 2 platesx12, 2 plates & a 25 x 10, 3 plates x 8

Today's Chest work out(8/25):
Incline DB Press: 45lbsx12...50lbsx12...60lbsx8
Flat DB Press: 50lbsx12...55lbsx12...60lbsx8
Body weight dips: 4 sets of 12
Hammer Strength iso chest machine: 45lbs per sidex16...70lbsx10...95lbsx5...100lbsx5
Quantum chest flyes: 100lbsx12...120lbsx10...130lbsx8
Yeah, I know my chest is weak. I'm hoping I gain some strength during this cycle to boost these lifts.
So I weighed myself today at the gym and I'm weighing in at 205.2lbs and 16% BF. I know my BF% is kind of high right now because I was on some what of a dirty bulk for a month before this which made it go up some. But hopefully this cycle will make me drop some of that. I'm also going to be eating clean during the whole cycle & PCT and will be hitting some cardio here and there to help with the BF.
Once I'm doing PCT, I'm planning on going on a cut and getting some good definition going. Tomorrow is back day. Pics will be coming soon.
Also, quick question if anyone can answer...Should I take creatine while on this cycle? Would it hurt at all?

Back work out(8/26):
Wide grip pull ups: 4 sets of 10

T-Bar rows: 2 plates x16...3 plates x10...3 plates x16...4 plates x5.
Lat pull downs: 125lbsx10...125lbsx10...125lbsx11...135lbsx8
Seated low rows: 140lbsx12...160lbsx10...170lbsx9...180lbsx8
There's the my back work out from today. In the middle of the work out I started to get a crazy forearm pump. Then at the end of the work out I had a real good pump going on in the biceps, more than usual. Workout felt good.

4th day cycle...

Then I finished the workout off with 40 mins of cardio. (6.5 incline with a speed of 2.5)
I didn't do any calf exercises today because I just got a tattoo done on my calf that I'm still waiting to heal up. So hopefully next week I'll hit up some calf exercises. Woke up this morning with a sore back which felt good. Haven't had my back feel sore for awhile now. Shoulders tomorrow.

Really good pump going on again in the arms. No side effects of any kind yet. Can't wait for the strength increase. Arms tomorrow.

6th Day (this past Saturday) on the Cycle was suppose to be arm day but my truck was broken and I couldn't make it to the gym at all. Day 7(Sunday) was an off day.
8th Day on the cycle. Leg Work out (8/31):
Leg Extensions: 185lbsx16...225lbsx14...255lbsx14...255lbsx12
Leg Press: 3 plates each sidex14...5 platesx14...6 platesx12...6 platesx8.
Hack Squats: 90lbsx10...90lbsx12...100lbsx16
Lying down leg curls: 120lbsx14...130lbsx12...145lbsx10
I weighed in at 208.6 today. Gained 3.4 pounds in a week. This is also the first day at 75MG. Can't wait to start feeling the strength gains.
I also did some bicep and tricep exercises today to make up for the missed arm workout.

9th day on cycle (2nd day at 75mg). Chest work out (9/1):
Incline DB Press: 50lbsx10...50lbsx10...55lbsx8...55lbsx9
Flat DB Press: 50lbsx10...50lbsx12...55lbsx10...60lbsx8 (Going pump going on during this set, blasted through them)
Dips: 3 sets of 10.

Quick question....
Should I try and get in two hdrol pills before the gym and the 2nd one later on in the day...
Currently I'm waking up around noon...taking one pill...going to the gym..come home..after a few hours take another pill than later in the night take another. Would it be more beneficial to try and get two in before my workout or no?

Subbed. I am on day 9 of my H-Drol cycle. My dosing scheme is exactly the same too. I am not experiencing pumps at all which I find really weird. I always heard the pumps on H-Drol were amazing but I have yet to see it yet.

Maybe it's going to take a little longer for it to kick in since everyone reacts differently to it. I'm still waiting for the strength gains to start. Hopefully soon.

Just got back from the gym from my leg work out..Here it is:
11th day on cycle(4th day at 75mg)..leg work out (9/3):
Leg Extensions: 180lbsx14...200lbsx14...220lbsx14...250lbsx10
Leg Press: 3 plates each sidex16...4 platesx12...5 platesx10...6 platesx14
Hack Squats: 90lbsx10...90lbsx12...180lbsx10
Lying down leg curls: 120lbsx14...130lbsx12...150lbsx10
Legs are still feeling it from Mondays workout so I tried to go light on 'em. haha. Tomorrow is shoulders/traps. I will be weighing myself this coming Sunday since my gym will be closed on Monday. Hopefully I'm up another 3-4 pounds. I'm hoping to hit atleast 8 plates each side on the leg press before this cycle is over. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to hit that no problem.

Incline curls: 25lbsx10...30lbsx10...35lbsx10
Hammer curls: 30lbsx10...35lbsx10...40lbsx11 into 25lbsx10
Skull crushers: 70lbsx7...70lbsx8...50lbsx16
Dips: 3 sets of 10
Pushdowns: 50lbsx12...80lbsx7...80kbsx8
Quantum tricep extensions: 100lbsx16...110lbsx14...120lbsx16 into 60lbsx25
Arm work out was good today. I decided to weigh myself today since the gym is closed on Monday. Weighed in at 211.6 pounds today. I'm +3 pounds since this past Monday. 6.4 pounds overall since I began the cycle. Tomorrow is an off day and then Monday the gym is closed. So I'll just hit legs harder on Thursday.
