At wich part of the bench are you the strongest?
A: lower part
so bar is on chest and you extend arms 50 %
B: upper part
from 50% to fully exwtended arms?
i was wondering this cause i notice im much stronger on the 2nd one and maybe thats hy my bench does not improve,i dont go deep enough
discuss..

definitely B, by then you have the momentum with you. If I fail with a heavy weight it's usually just under half way up.

just out of curiosity, how do you work the bottom part of your bench? i realize that the entire B part can be worked through floor pressing and any form of tricep work, but what about part A?
