    Question Do i look like i work out? 16/yo

    I have been weight lifting all over summer and a few months before. I just want to know does it look like i workout now?

    also could you tell me what you think my bodyfat percentage is because i have no facilities to check it.

    Could definitely, definitely work on your forearms/bis/tris, other than that looking great overall for your frame. Definitely hit those arms though man. Not trying to be a curl-warrior or whatever, but y'know, they appear to be lagging in comparison to the rest of your body.

    Just my opinion.

    I dont look like I workout because I just started... ! I'm not gonna lie, but my time will come.

    Just be patient and keep it up, You're front double bi is looking pretty good.
