i went into boot camp at 140 oct 27th 08, 2 months later i had only gained 3 pounds. so i gave up on it and just tried to cut, ended up with a broken hand , dont ask, so i was out of the game for another few months. about two months ago i went home and my buddy, sleepeattrain, had said i was the only person he knew that joined the military that didn't gain any weight. so its been 60 days, and i worked out with him for the 14 days i was home and just started looking more into bulking, cutting, trying to become more knowledgable in this area. im looking to weigh 200 in by november.

it was the only one i had on the computar that was recent, my computar doesn't like to download pictures from my email for some reason. i had tried to cut and got like a 4 pac, and as soon as i saw i went form 180 to 177, i freaked and started eating twice as much. so no abs for now but i only have a 9%bf, you can see the outline but nothing special. ill get another picture asap.

i hit a weight plateau, when i came off the creatine i upped my carb intake to keep the weight steady, im not sure about if my strenght plateau'd because i stopped lifting for max weight. i have been lifting for a feel, not ness a light weight but a weight that i feel the most burn after 10 reps. and for the last workout i do an isolated exercise for the muscle group, with a 15 rep 7 set to flood the muscle with blood to cause more tearing, easier to form muscle memory for better growth.

i had my strength spurt my senior year of highschool, i gained 20 pounds i was 140 and i had lift gains from 250 deadlift to 405 in three months and is was stupid and stopped lifting. i think these gains are from taking after some people that motivate me. i ask alot of quistions on this site and read alot of the articals and found a workout that is great for me.

Legs
i got legs today.
i think im going to start with squats then weighed lunge's.
i need to get my legs up to par with my upper body.
i heard a great quote "your body is like a 3 link chain. if you pull on both sides of the chain, one link is most likely to break, its up to you which link breaks first."
