It is true, that even with a super low BF of even 5~6%, your abs may not show if you are a superduper endomorph (my friend... 135 6'3, lulz? hes like 10 lbs underweight) and he doesnt even have a six-pack at his low BF %. Point is, even with a super low BF some people just dont have six packs chillin under there fat, so you also need to work at the gym to actually get the six pack, because your core hasn't naturally developed well (mine definitely hasnt :/).
so yes, do ab exercises and lose fat, silly.
