I just posted this to give myself some motivation.
I am 20lbs heavier now..
back routine is
Deadlift 3x5
Pull ups 12x5 with weight between 10-45
Chest supported row 6x5 heavy + 2x15 light
seated horizontal cable row 4x5
bent over DB row 5x5

Starting weight is 140, now 160...
Routine:
Deadlift 3x5
Pull ups 12x5 with weight between 10-45
Chest supported row 6x5 heavy + 2x15 light
seated horizontal cable row 4x5
bent over DB row 5x5
Supplement:
5g/day Creatine Mono
6pills/day Omega3
2x50g/day Protein Shake Rice protein Powder
20g-30g of BCAA during training
Diet is
This is for my 2 shakes:
250g of organic peanut butter
200ml of Coconut Milk
100g Rice protein Powder
1L of non-concentrated fruit juice
2 tea spoon Matcha Green Tea powder
4 meals:
4cup uncooked basmati rice
2pound of boneless chicken
2.5pound of potato (I boil them)
2 Fruits
3cups of veggies
1Cup of Olive Oil into my boneless chicken for cooking, but I boil it with spices

Coconut milk from safeway, 1$ a can of 400ml, dont take to much it has some laxative effect for some people. not me.

What I like to do sometimes is using jellied cranberries sauce in a can, you eat it with turkey usually.
I just drop half a can in my shake for flavor and fruits. Dropping peanut butter and coconut milk is a easy way to drink an extra 600-700 calories a day without to much pain.My best friend album.
