    I just posted this to give myself some motivation.
    I am 20lbs heavier now..

    back routine is
    Deadlift 3x5
    Pull ups 12x5 with weight between 10-45
    Chest supported row 6x5 heavy + 2x15 light
    seated horizontal cable row 4x5
    bent over DB row 5x5

    Nice man getting the v-taper going, what was ur starting weight before u gained 20lbs. Im half way into my bulk 11lbs up, whats ur diet and supplements intake lookin like.

    Starting weight is 140, now 160...

    Routine:
    Deadlift 3x5
    Pull ups 12x5 with weight between 10-45

    Supplement:
    5g/day Creatine Mono
    6pills/day Omega3
    2x50g/day Protein Shake Rice protein Powder
    20g-30g of BCAA during training

    Diet is

    This is for my 2 shakes:
    250g of organic peanut butter
    200ml of Coconut Milk
    100g Rice protein Powder
    1L of non-concentrated fruit juice
    2 tea spoon Matcha Green Tea powder

    4 meals:
    4cup uncooked basmati rice
    2pound of boneless chicken
    2.5pound of potato (I boil them)
    2 Fruits
    3cups of veggies
    1Cup of Olive Oil into my boneless chicken for cooking, but I boil it with spices

    I spread this during the day, I eat same thing everyday. I dont know how many calories this is.

    Looks good all way around; should start switching things up now that u made sum gains so u dont plateau out.

    Ive never tried rice protein or coconut milk do I have to go to a specialty store for the coconut milk?

    Coconut milk from safeway, 1$ a can of 400ml, dont take to much it has some laxative effect for some people. not me.

    It has Medium chain triglycerides in it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medium_chain_triglycerides

    haha thanx for the tip, Im just so bored from eating the same proteins day in and day out, I think Ill purchase sum tomm and make sum new shakes with it.

    What I like to do sometimes is using jellied cranberries sauce in a can, you eat it with turkey usually.

    I just drop half a can in my shake for flavor and fruits. Dropping peanut butter and coconut milk is a easy way to drink an extra 600-700 calories a day without to much pain.

    I think that would go well with my vanilla flavored whey, Im going grocery shopping tomorrow def thanx for the ideas, keep up with the good gains OP. I'll Rep bak on recharge tomm.
