you admirin my epic new home gym brahs? (pics!!)
Well I've has had a really busy year/summer and I haven't been able to lift as much as i would have liked.... once the summer hit, I had a lot of soccer and cardio training to do so i've lost some of my (already minimal) mass (yes i'm an ecto). Regardless, I typically train for strength/power and cardiovascular conditioning and I thought it would be a good time to invest in an epic home gym...
so here it is brahs (along with current pics...skinny... but cardiovascularly fit)....THIS is how you make a home gym...noobs take note!
Powertech power rack with chin up bar and olymbic BB.... underneath are heavy duty rubber mats so i don't **** up the floor with deads/cleans/moving the rack
Eurosport adjustable bench (incline/flat/decine) with leg supports for crunches
Heavy duty flat bench
Plus I've got a TV hooked to watch stuff or listent to music
Main weight stack (got more scattered in the room)... solid rubber weights... don't need to worry about rusting and ****.
Adjustable dumbell that fits regular Oly-sized weights...the bar itself is 12 lbs and i can easily make it into a 100+ sized dumbell
step up with mats. I bought these so that i could use them (along with my power rack) for increased ROM natural glute ham raise (the best hammy exercise you can think of). The mats are also good for abs.
chin up/dip belt and EZ curl bar
Now, you might be thinking... well that's all well and good... but there's no washroom.. so the Gym = fail... not quite.... I can be lazy so instead of going back into the house to get to the can.. i've got my own portable urinal stash:
I actually usually piss in empty water bottles because i'm too lazy to go up the washroom (that and because my morning dump is usually so massive that i need to let it sit in the water for a couple of hours to dissolve a bit otherwise i plug the can). I also bring empty bottles to school/work and pee in them and then dump the urine into the sink because i HATE using urinals/tiolets and getting all that gross pee/poo water splashing off of the bowl/urinal and onto my legs and ****...ICK!!
When i'm done with the bottles i usually gather them all into a bag and bike up to my old public school and toss them onto the roof of the school while doing that shot-put motion that those shot-puters in the olympics do... i usually try to get as much air as i can.

Now the only downfall of the gym is that it lacks AC.... so it gets hot in here (hence the pics) (NO HOMO)....

look at them soccer/runner legs lawl (ignore the fap sock)
the positive aspect of being ecto... is nice abs
