i've started working out almost a month now and ive lost a total of 17 pounds. i am now 250 and unsatisfied. back in high school i was on the football team and lifted with them all the time. since then i've gotten really lazy and tired of it. my question for now is wat is a good "fat burner"(if any). i have adhd so alot of energy supplements just make me calm. i was thinking about getting Lipoflame or LipoStim3. im just not very sure if i should get one of them. if not, then is there something else out there that i should be looking at to get.
