i have used every creatine known to man....the difference to me is that i can feel the strength increases quick...it isn't just like 1 rep increase here or there...but i am talking significant jumps in strength...now i am not saying your going to get ph/ds type gains but they were more noticeable than other creatines...the muscle fullness is another part to it...but what sets it apart from others is the use of it intra-workout...it really does continue to fuel your muscles throughout the workout making you have better endurance but also more gas in the tank to keep pushing heavy weights!

Well, expensive is kind of relative - I can find you plenty that cost far more than SizeOn. You're paying for a few things...
1. Ingredients. Yes, it's true - SizeOn uses more ingredients than a tub of creatine monohydrate, and they cost more (ok, it's obvious but it's still true).
2. Marketing Machine - Gaspari is no stranger to it.
3. Markup - because we can
4. Development (NRE), production (RE) and the profit
I'd attribute to some mixing and matching of the above, plus a few things I've probably left out. Once you dig into it, it is a formula that is fairly complex, and surprisingly was well thought out (something I wouldn't really expect) - so you are paying for their knowledge of formulation. You could always do it yourself, but you are betting you can do it better than the company. That's not always a bad assumption to make... in my eye, it quite often is a good one actually. Whether you think you can do a formula better than Gaspari is up to you - and it also hinges on what you're looking for. If the formula doesn't meet your needs or expectations, it's too expensive no matter what (as it is in my case - I won't put down money for SO, or any other Gaspari product on the market currently).

considering it was one of the first intra-workout drinks on the market at the time of its release... yes, the new sizeon (v2, which i have no idea when its coming out or what will be in it) will probably own the entire intraworkout market
complete speculation, i dont know much about it
k, cool story brahGaspari Nutrition Rep and Overall BAMF

Well a lot of people say to take it post, most say it can go intra or post. The problem is, unlike most of the other intras hitting the market it doesn't have any protein to feed the muscles during the workout session (unless I missed something, there's a massive amount of prop blends to sift through).

Its an intra product, but some people have sensitive stomachs, or dont get that you arent supposed to put it in a 16ounce bottle and think itll be good. In this case, we recommend post workout, even though it was specifically made to be intra. When v2 hits, I dont think there will be any complaints, especially about the formula

I think he means one more intra-protein based or containing, as a guess. Something similar to aen's thing or universal's. I don't really see how it is necessary really (well ok, none of this is necessary), but that's conjecture.
Really, most of us are not driving ourselves into the real point of depletion with some decent nutrition - not even perfect nutrition. The activity is just not long enough to really deplete us to the point that it becomes really useful. We've just been trained to think we need it every time a company rings its little silver bell (personally, I start salivating).

I know exactly what you mean. You need this, you need that, if you dont take this supplement while you workout you wasted a workout, if you dont take that supplement before meals you wasted a meal, blah blah blah. Its particularly entertaining when companies focus their entire lines on flavor of the month BS (though sometimes still decently effective, though never really that special or important), and claim studies that arent on the product, but on cherry picked ingredients.
Interesting, you salivate, I stand up on my legs.God bless/science be with our military
