Restricted Shoulder Work Out

Hey guys, lookin for ideas since injuring my back, i cant put weight directly down my spine yet, so it rules out shoulder press and any sort of standing raise (lateral or frontal)

Any ideas which exercises may be suitable, cause at the moment my workouts aren't very shoulder intensive and it just feels wrong

Handstand pushups COULD work but idk about that since it would put some force on your spine. Maybe you could try Hindy Pushups. But ask your doctor first =)

Front Delt - WIDE GRIP bench press - the wider the grip, the more delt involvement. This won't put pressure on your spine since you're lying down.

Rear Delt - Reverse Fly

Lateral Delt - Lying Lateral Raise. Lie on a bench and do a lateral raise. It'll hit your side delts pretty nicely.

If you can't do a handstand pushup then try just declined push ups which will hit your shoulders harder then a regular pushup.

Also try face pulls for the rear delts.
