    Smart guy^^^. The only way you will se your abs is if you lose body fat. There is no magic food that will do that for you. Just eat at a calorie deficit and work your abs.

    Although its simple to type/write its hard to do unless you are serious, dedicated, determined and goal oriented
    Eat less calories, burn more calories then you consume and work your abs off.

    Foods that keep you feeling full for a long time and yet have limited calories. Things like whole grains and vegetables are better than sugary foods because they fill you up and take a while to digest without containing an overload of calories. I find high fat/protein meals to also keep me full a lot longer than high carb meals do. But yeah, what counts is the ratio of calories consumed to calories burned.
