    working on weak points

    i am thinking about canging up my workouts to focus on bringing up the legs ans traps. this is what i have come up with. any thoughts or suggestions?

    Day 1) Shoulders / Traps
    Day 2) Legs
    Day 3) Chest
    Day 4) Back / Traps
    Day 5) Rest
    Day 6) Legs
    Day 7) Arms

    it seems okay as long as you keep your split right so your traps can recover also make sure you don't loose anything else while your trying to even out your body or else you will have more weak points.

    another thought/question

    usually when i work back and traps i always worked back first - mostly out of habit and routine. the other day i did traps first and the next day i felt it much more than i had in the past. should i just chalk it up to changing the workout around? is it generally better to work one of them before the other?
