I'd like to get an all-purpose blend (whey/casein/egg) that's slower digesting, but not an MRP with lots of fats and carbs.
Any suggestions?
========================
So far I've looked at the following:
Nutrabolics Isobolic:
From the ingredient list, it's pretty much exactly what I want, but anyone know the % of whey vs egg vs casein? also very expensive...
Dymatize Elite 12 Hour:
Looks pretty good, cheap, but can't find many reviews... opinions would be much welcomed!
Cytosport Muscle Milk:
Also looks ok from the label, but keep earing they use lower grade ingredients and all... what's up with that?
XF UP 2.0:
I read rave reviews, but only 18g protein per serving, i'd like less fat and more protein... also, it's only available in 2lbs so it makes it expensive...
=======================
My weak @$$ reps will go out to any useful comment
Thanks all!

dymatize 12 hr protein is a great buy... but your right about the flavor... i think it only comes in vinilla and chocolate.
i used to take it, the taste is fairly good. if it dose what it clames as to feed your muscles slowly, then its one of the best priced slow digesting proteins around.
i stoped taking it though because i'm on a cutt and one serving has around 6 carbs... not good before bed when dieting.

Milk & Egg is a great blend.
True it did not taste great. We recently reformulated it and the new version tastes great. Keep in mind most retailers probably have a lot of stock of the old version as we just started shipping these.
Here is another great blend, very under rated:
