Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift vs Leg Curl

Which of these would be better in strengthening the hamstrings to help with my vertical jump?

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Str8 leg deads are the best hamstring exercise and one of the overall best mass builders for the legs.

leg curls are more of an isolation exercise vs stiff deads which will hit a bit more muscle groups.

i think for vertical jump, you may want to be doing lunges, squats or squat jumps, and HIIT sprints

I'm doing Vertical Jump Bible program and the leg workouts it gives me for my profile is:
    Workout A
    Deadlift
    Iso miometric Squat

    Workout B
    Barbell Split Squat
    Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift

so yeah just wondering since i've never done the straight leg before but i have done romanian deadlifts so I guess i'll just follow the workout.
