I'm wondering what I should improve on. I am thinking about doing a show sometime soon, but I'm going to try to even out first.
I'm still working on posing evenly and all that, I'm still pretty bad. Sorry the after pics are kindda dark, they looked way lighter on the camera.
These are about 6weeks or so apart. Old=blue undies New=green undies ....lol

Abs- those are built in the kitchen. I'm carrying a good amount of water.
As for calves. Yea they are genetically not as good as the rest of my body, but they aren't small calves at all. Pictures don't give any perspective. But, there is a big difference from the old to the new pics in my calves, right? I've been beating them up a lot, maybe I'm the only one that sees it though.Thewhite9t's training log- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=364921521#post364921521

So far we've got-
Calves, abs, back, tris, delts, hammies? lol
Will work on the undies. I don't know if I want to buy posing trunks... I guess I might as well get comfortable in them, but my white legs are going to look rediculous. :PThewhite9t's training log- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=364921521#post364921521

Damn, impressed by the size and shape your bi's but shocked by your quads. Awesome job, bro. If anything, I'd say hamstrings and a little more work on traps and lats. Also, keep practicing your posing. Your bis may pop more if your hands are more clenched than they are in those pics (index finger).
Might want to dust off some space on the shelves for the trophies. REALLY good job.Last edited by B_Bishoff; 08-28-2009 at 04:34 PM.

traps and shoulders
dont bother your hammies if your natural or it will make you look stupid on stage and sucks putting on pants.. when you shred down they will naturally look nice if you squat atleast once a weak and do deadsHopefully I'll make it to 6% by this winter so I can finally bulk for the rest of my life.

Thanks. I don't think that I was fully flexed when the front double was taken, I think I was still starting to clench my fists.
If I wore pants then you couldn't see my legs.
Thanks. I think they look alot better from the back in the after picture though. I didn't hit the back double pose well in the before pic. Posing is obviously not one of my strong points, but I'm working on it.
Of course I have nice shoes, those are just the shoes that I lift in hence them being all beat up. Why would I bother getting new ones just to lift in and beat up all over again? BTW no shoes compare to the Chuck T's for lifting.Thewhite9t's training log- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=364921521#post364921521

Looking great!
Only thing I can see as standing out behind is calves.
If your looking to be picky, your arms would look even better if you could get your tris up to your bis level. I wouldn't say your shoulders are lacking but in my opinion, bigger delts always look good and add to the v-taper look. Hammys are hard to tell but look like they may be behind your quads level.
You look awesome so far, keep up the good work!

****ing awesome work brah... basically keep doing what your doing except that your thighs look wayyyy out of proportion compared to your calves. so take it easy on those and work ur hamstrings and calves
other than that... ****ing awesomeThink you of the fact that a deaf person cannot hear. Then what deafness may we not all possess? ~ Dune
We need a new ideology with the core values of reason, honesty, science and secular progress over the older traditions of religion, superstition and dogmatic faith that have long defined humanity. We will never be free to progress and advance until the last stone from the last church is cast down onto the last priest. And every equivalent.
