I bought whey gold standard protein today but still dont know if i am putting right amount of powder in my milk or not. I know it sounds very silly but I really want to know it (A pic would be great help) and If at once If I take 50g protein anything bad in that?

It didnt come with a scoop or anything? Maybe they are cutting back on the scoop bcuz of the economic crisis??

lol....the scoop should be inside the container. Might have to dig around cuz it might be burried under the proteenz.

Lol if i can remember rightly its 24g protein per scoop. Take a look on the back of the container and it says the nutrition information how much protein it contains per sering.Originally Posted by Illiusionist

grab a knife a spoon or something and poke through the powder till you find it, it settles at the bottom sometimes.

Should be in there somewhere, tilt the tub slightly and roll it, also I keep the scoops from my old proteins just in case I don't get said scoop.

I had same problem finding the scoop, just get a wooden spoon and dig for it. You'll find it!

ya, i have some sort of metal spork thing at my house and poked that around inside of my tub that i just got today (5lb) until i found the scoop. If you have any other scoops from other protein tubs, the size is almost universal.. so if in the rare case that there is no scoop, just take one from an old tub.

Cut to 10% with EC stack

LOL... btw if you look at the nutritional facts... if will show you the amount of protien/carbs etc per serving... If you ever happen to misplace your scoop haha
