well im just getting back into bbing after nearly 2 momths off due to injury. and doc says its not safe to workout more than once a week. so i need a good fullbody workout. im quite unfit after so long off so low vollume high intensity might be an idea. how much do you think i should do for each bodypart? thanks

Personally I would do just bodyweight exercises, maybe even body circuits(this will get you back in shape because of its cardio benefit and strength.) So like
20 Squats
20 Push ups
40 crunches
20 dips
Repeat like 5 times.
This is easy, but do to lack of information on your injury this is the best i can do for you.
Good luck man

Doctor says not to work out more than once a week...Did he define "work out"? And how can he make such a statement when he doesn't even know what your injury is? You said you THINK it was ligament related....

And just as a side note I have ligament/tendon injuries in my wrists and my right knee and they will NEVER be 100%, not to get you down or anything, just a heads up.
