    After. 100% certainly and definitely do them AFTER. Curls, Hypers and GHR are more fatigue/auxiliary exercises which you do to follow your primary movement (much the way extensions are a fatigue/auxiliary to squats or leg press).

    And that website is dodgy for actual correct form of exercises...
    I would suggest you look at one of the other good sites such as:
    NSCA: http://www.nsca-lift.org/videos/displayvideos.asp
    Infinity: http://www.infinityfitness.com/videos/exer.htm
    PTP: http://www.personaltrainingprograms....rch-ex_eng.asp (this is pretty handy in that it lets you select the muscles you want to exercise)
