Univeral Reps needing some questions answered

Hey guys I have a couple questions. I'm really interested in stacking Shock Therapy/Storm/Intra-Aid/Torrent.

I have a couple questions about this stack.

1) Would I mix Shock Therapy and Storm preworkout?

2) Seeing that torrent has it's serving of creatine I wouldn't have to take Storm post work like it states on the directions right?

3) One of the ingredients in Torrent is waxy maize and I've heard a lot of false claims about this supposed carb. Is Torrent worth getting seeing that it is this skeptical ingredient in it's profile?

If you are using all of those I would save Storm for off days.

Wms is very easily digested and light on the stomach, it's one of the reasons we use it. I've read all the controversy and they never talk about this aspect. During training and post training you want a carb source that is easy on your stomach, the last thing you want at that time is something heavy.

1. You have a lot of options with ST/Storm mix. Here are some of them
- ST pre/Storm intra
- ST pre/Storm Pwo
- ST+Storm pre/Torrent PWO
- ST pre/Storm intra/Torrent PWO
- ST pre/Torrent PWO/Storm on off-days

I usually do the last option

2. Correct. Use Torrent as your sole supplement for PWO supplementation.

3. Torrent's WM aids in quick digestion, allowing all the nutrients to get into your system rather quickly. Most people report that Torrent doesn't bloat you like some PWO products do. This way, you can follow up with a whole food meal shortly after (~45min). Torrent is great at replenishing nutrients and aiding in recovery/growth.

So then would the best option be Shock Therapy Preworkout, Intra-Aid during workouts, Torrent for Post and Storm first thing in the morning on my off days? If I take Storm on my off days would I just need one serving lets say first thing in the morning with breakfeast?

You can really take Storm at any time on your off day. Only one scoop is needed.

I don't mean to jack the thread but I've got a quick question for the universal reps as well...Would you say it would be better to use MStack while on a PH cycle or use it as a bridge?

M-Stak's was never formulated to be used with a ph. It's a good non-hormonal alternative however
