Lol
15-10% in 60 days...WOULD BE an INCREDIBLE achievement. I say NO WAY. The problem as I see it would be...when you lose weight, you also lose lean mass, thus, negating any positive BF reduction. If you went from 15 - 12% in 60 days it would be much more reasonable. Still an incredible amount of work and sweat.
GL and let us know how you do...Never, ever, ever give up...with each setback you never know just how close to success you are...

Yes you can
I'm actually doing this as we speak. I started July 27th at 181 lbs at about 14-15% BF and by losing 2lbs a week working out 7 days a week I have consistently droped 2lbs now im down to 175 and 12-13 % BF and with 5 weeks to go and only 10 more lbs to get to 9-10% BF I can and probly will make it, so I also think you can do it too
What's my plan???.... simple really...EAT RIGHT....LIFT HEAVY....REST... repeat until desired results are achieved.
I REP BACK!

"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Velocity Diet...
http://www.tmuscle.com/findArticle.d...le=05-025-diet
There is a really good thread here on BB.com that answers questions about it too, but I can't find it ATM.
There's a lot of debate about it, and it'=s similarities to a PSMF. But you're getting decent cals and all your essential fats/vitamins/fiber through supplementation.
But you know, in the end what works for some people doesn't work for others.
So you just gotta try **** and find what works.
That being said, It's pretty extreme as far as dieting goes. (and by that I mean really really hard to stick to)
I think I'll get some great results, but I'm only on my 3rd day, so what do I know?
I've got a log going here if you're interested.

Searching the forums for some V-Diet Logs also yields some pretty interesting results.

Sure can. In fact, not one single supp I'm using comes from Biotest or has anything to do with T Nation.
I'm just doing it cause it's super convenient for me, at this point in time, I did some research, found a lot of people with good results, and decided to give it a go.
Normal food rocks. No argument there. It's all about what's good for you at that point in time though right?

sure, and I made the comment because trag is promoting it as some super uber program that works because of their supps. Look at the responses when people ask if you can use whole food. They get reemed "no dude, then it's not vdiet". If you look at how they set it up, it's about 8cals/lb, 100g of carbs, and a lot of protein. Nothing reveloutionary regardless of what they claim. As long as you recognize that it's a matter of convience and not magic (which most companies/diet peddlers/etc try to claim, not just t bag)

Totally agree.
haha no magic here. I still bust my ass when I work out. As far as I'm concerned, it's all about the defecit anyway. I would just rather drink 4 shakes in a day than prepare 4 meals.
Perhaps that's lazy.
1500 cals on a 2500 maintenance is still a 1000 cal defecit no matter what you eat to get there.
Biotest is completely overpriced and not worth the money IMO. 95% of the people I have seen do this haven't even touched a biotest product.
That was a total solid answer man. Appreciate it.

I'm a little heavier than you at 210, but I'm at 15% fat currently and trying to break 10% in 90 days. For my body mass and lean body mass, that equates to about 15 pounds I'll have to lose in 3 months. Or, a little over a pound a week. Just giving you an FYI, here. Try to figure out your lean mass, and how much weight you'd have to lose to get to sub10%. Then you'll have an idea of how much fat to lose per week.
