2. Heavy weights and light weights....
Which one's better doin less reps with heavy weights or more reps with light weights??
3. Workout splits and rest...
People say you shouldn't workout the same muscle group more than once a week.. Except for abs. (can be done twice). But for instance; my current workout is Chest tris, back bis, shoulder legs,...
There are certain exercises which are compound in nature. But when you do dumbbell fly shoulders are involved. When you do upright rows... biceps are also involved.
4. Working out three days continuously and giving a day rest is better or working alternate days with rest in between is better?

To answer your first question it depends on what your going for. Heavy wt for less reps will help you build mass and strength better whereas lighter wt more reps will help you build better muscular endurance. Also the two different ways work fast and slow twitch muscle fibers differently as well.
Question #2- Once again depends on what your going for. there are arguments on both sides of the fence that lighter wt for more reps will help you in cutting better but i would advise you read up on that more for yourself.
Question #3- Yet another long debated issue. my honest advise to you is try working the same muscle group just once a week for 2 weeks and then try working it twice a week for 2 weeks and see which provides better results. Be careful not to overtrain and everyone responds differently so see what works best for you.
Question #4- Stick with what works for you. Once again you can try both ways and see which provides the better results. The most important thing is that you actually rest and take at least a little time off during the week. Remember you grow when you rest.
Im no expert either bro, I have asked alot of the same questions and tried a lot for myself and figured out what works for me. Its trial and error until you dial it in. Hope this helps and hit me up if you have any other questions.
