Very low percentage protein. Calcium/magnesium potencies are too high to do at one shot, can't find the biological value or much research on papaya plant protein (didn't look very hard, though), but personally I would strongly suggest your typical whey/soy/egg/casein protein with additional nutritious food sources. As in your multis, greens products, etc.
