I don't even lift anymore but I did this yesterday: 5 rep PR at -8kg BW from when I was lifting.
100kg x 22 reps

Doubt anyone follows this any more, and I definitely no longer belong in the teen section.
Just checking back through my log for previous maxes.
Not gonna log again but for anyone who still has this subbed I'm powerlifting now on the university team. Not that strong but aiming for a 480kg total to compete in worlds this year.
