    Cardio and overtraining legs

Anyone have any good ideas on how I can keep from overtraining my legs while cutting? I do cardio 4-5 times a week and train legs once per week. I can't do cardio on leg day because its hard enough to just walk back to my car after doing legs. So I basically am doing some sort of leg work 5-6 days per week.

Should I reduce the volume of my leg lifting workouts? Is it basically impossible to not over-work your legs when you are trying to cut?

Hmm you can try to vary your cardio activities a bit, instead of just jogging/running you could prehaps do some rowing, martial arts etc.?
