I need my abs back

Like most people when they hit the age of 21 the par take in drinking beer and such. Well, I was one of those. Before then I use to have an 8 pack of abs but now I have a small gut. LOL. I could never get the obliques to come in. Anyone have excerises that might help define the side abs? and or how to get my 8 pack back?>

Uh, do the same things that got you them in the first place? The same exercise and diet regiment?
