I have been sick of it since last year when he was thinking about coming out of retirement and playing for the jets. I hope he gets sacked and has to sit out the whole season.

He was great, no doubt. But his time is over. They are probably over paying for a QB, probably could get a better QB for the same price.

you might be sick of it, but it's very significant to the NFL and, most importantly, to the Vikings.
They could very well be the best team in the NFC North now.lilliiilliiliilliililliil

Not at all. It just made the Packers-Vikings rivalry more interesting.

I used to really like Farve, but now I honestly hope he has a career ending injury in his first game. (srs)

come on, dude, that's a bit much. he just loves the game. he's at the point where he can only go from season-to-season because of his age. he's a good player, a good entertainer and seriously fun to watch.
i was sad to see him go and play for the jets, but I understand his love for the game. not to mention he's making bank.
all this aside, I still think he should have ended his career as a Packer to make him more legendary.lilliiilliiliilliililliil

I'm excited as ****!
**** all you haters.
Sick of that? Why?
He ain't asking for the ESPN drama.
The thing is, he always played with a decent team, he never had a Randy Moss or Terrell Davis by his side. Now he is god damn 40 years ****en old and he is giving it a try. Becuase he knows he can make a change and win with this team.♦ ɴɣϲ ϲrew ♦

good point, brah.
plus, it's better than all this Vick talk. I'd rather hear about Favre than him.
Lastly, Favre is a great QB no matter what team he has. He will always have the best arm in the game, not to mention experience. He can make any team have a winning record, including the Lions.lilliiilliiliilliililliil

Lol, Farve loves the attention and being the man. Not the game. If he loved the game so much he wouldn't have walked away from it twice. That's why we get all this drawn out I'm retiring/no I'm not bullsh*t all summer for the last two years. He just likes holding the media hostage and keeping himself as a top story.
All that aside, my two main problems are this. 1. He's not that good any more. Mark my words he'll hurt the Vikings with his stupid on field decisions. 2. He went to the Vikings. That's like Elway coming out of retirement and playing for the Raiders.
