I need to get motivated and I train Chest using the Bench Press doing about 10 to 12 sets once every 5 days.I remember over 20 years ago a gigantic but very very short Bodybuilder(maybe like 5'2) did push ups every day.If he did them every day like he said it certainly didn't hurt him.I don't know if he was a natural Bodybuilder or not.I have decided now to do 5 sets resting 2 minutes in between sets every day and see how this works out starting today.I wonder do you guy's think I will regress? or get bigger?? I know my endurance will go up.If im not mistaken guys like Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield did them every day.
