My Palumbo Diet

Hi there! I've always wanted to do one of these. I guess now's my chance. Well, before I begin going over what's going on, I guess I should give a brief background on myself.

I'm 18. I reside in Las Vegas. 5'8. Highest weight was 200 lbs back in the 7th or 8th grade. I'm pretty much a light weight. I don't really want to bulk so please don't tell me that I should.

I started the Dave Palumbo cut diet yesterday. I weight 152 yesterday. Today it was 149. I think it's just because I had a really big meal on Sunday.

Here's a pic of me before:

Not a recent picture, but basically the same thing:

Here's a basic overview on my diet (if you think it needs editing, lemmie know):

So yeah, I think that's it for now. It'll be interesting how my body will respond to this. Haha.

I woke up today feeling reallly sluggish. Tuesday I felt alright but today i felt weird. I weighted myself this morning. Still at 149. But i feel a bit leaner. Today I did Shoulders Tris Bis. I got a real good pump. Real good.

That's basically what I ate. I should start taking pics of it. Tomorrow maybe.

First time I tried almond butter. It was sooo delicious. And I picked up some Ketosticks so hopefully my body's in keto mode.

haha late.

Woke up this morning. I was 146 lbs! Aww if this is what's gonna keep happening, this diet is effing gold.

Tried the Ketostix. It said I was at the lowest level of ketosis. But I was thinking it's because I drank a lot of water. Like hella. haha.

And I'm in love with protein brownies now. I ate three today. Not in one sitting. But seperate meals. haha. But their kind of dry. Does anyone know how to make them less dry? I gotta experiment with the microwave settings I guess.

I woke up this morning reminding myself to take pictures of the shizz i ate. But I forgot. Hopefully tomorrow I will.

See you tomorrow.

Hey guys. So basically. I'm in California right now. But I cooked meals to stay on the diet. I have school on Monday so that basically sucks. But hopefully I'll stick to the diet still. I'm starting College so I'm excited. haha.

For anyone with experience on this diet, I have a question: Should I have a carbup/cheat meal tomorrow? Or should I do the diet for one more week before having a cheat diet?

Sorry, too lazy to put up the macros. But I will when I get back home.

Late
