    Finally realized i need to put on weight :\

    whats a good weight gainer protein powder?(ie decent price, available in canada, works, is safe) and no im not just relying on this to gain weight, but its a part of it

    You could mix Mutant Mass in milk and get away with cutting the serving size to 2 scoops instead of 4, the bag will last longer. Grab some creapure and ur good to go.

    ya i would never take more than 2 scoops at once. you get enough from that.

    "lol pool hall junkies? good movie. I wasn't insulting you, I was making fun of how these companies manipulate regulations. This gainer contains two different types of protein: milk and egg and that's all.
    Milk:
    Multi Whey Blend CFM-92- a blend is isolate and concentrate
    ISO-95 Whey Protein Isolates- would be in a blend
    WPC 85 and WPC 80 Whey Protein Concentrates- why the **** they would include two grades of concentrate is beyond me when concentrate is already in the blend. Hey let's include concentrate and then a lower grade concentrate too.
    Whey 80P (Peptides)- see above.
    Milk Protein Isolate- 80% casein 20% whey(which is already listed 4 different ways above
    Miceller Casein- already in milk protein isolate
    Calcium Caseinate- again the thought process is ass backwards, let's include a lower grade of the ingredient above.
    Egg:
    Fat Free Eggplete, Egg White and Fat Free Egg Yolk Protein Isolates- haha at listing the two different portions of the egg as different.

    I just don't understand gainers. MPI, carbs and some fats of your choice would accomplish the same damn ****. And i would buy that if it were packaged that way. This is nothing more than label padding. I can't blame them I suppose it sells. The product isn't bad other than the fact it's overpriced but I can overlook that for those that prefer convenience, it's the cloak and dagger nonsense that annoys me."

    I discovered the same problem. Besides eating a lot more, I decided to take ON Pro Complex Gainer.

    I would assume it is available in Canada, but I am not sure. I have yet to experience any problems with it. Good Luck!
