I've only had two sample packs of GM, but liked it so far as taste, etc... I will probably buy a tub or two to take me through the Winter months after I finish...

Why is it beneficial to cycle a creatine like Green MAG?

By the way, relating to the thread... I use Green MAGnitude and it's DELICIOUS, plus it's been working really well

No. For continual use, GM is perfect. People dont gain hardly any water weight and do not bloat. Ive used GM for 6months+ with no sides and continual gains.

There isn't. Some people experience some diarrhea from the magnesium but that has nothing to do with long term use. Refer to my other post as well.

creatine is all based on what your body will absorb and what you like to take.. I think green mag is a pretty good creatine, you dont get the water retention and its excellant for volumization. I would put green mag in the top 5, in no particular order.

I just picked up some green mag / PW after a few tubs of clout just to switch it up and try something new. I'll admit I like the servings and the taste is ok I got the lemonade and when i mix it with just a little water its good. PW IMO tastes horrible but hey its better then bulk bcaa/eaa

MAN Clout is a great option for a creatine plus product for strength, endurance and recovery. Plus it is a non-proprietary formula so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you are getting.

    its simple

i get very quick gains from it for about a month and then nothing at all.

plus the more cycles i do the less effect it has on me. the first cycle i got awesome fullness now practically none and the strength gains are alot less.

    creapure continually works alot better
