Depends on how hard you workout.. what you eat. You shock your system the first week and some. You could easily lose 10-12lbs in that time frame. It'll mostly be water weight tho. Realistically you're looking to lose between 1-2 lbs per week. You could lose more, but you don't want to lose too fast.
    Feb. 12th- 290lbs
    Mar. 27th- 270lbs
    May. 2nd- 260lbs

    Dieting... your doing it wrong.

2 lbs at most a week or your burning muscle.

No, I wish I knew why so many people thought this. If you have a lot of fat to lose, you can lose a lot more than 2lb a week. And if you are not exercising, you can lose 2lb or less a week, but it could be muscle.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I lose about on average I'd say 5-6 pounds a week of water weight. After I carb up every week I pack the water weight back on to get a realistic idea of how much weight I lost.
My first week I lost about 2 lbs of fat, the second about 3.

    I'm at 220 (actually 215 this morning) down from 225 on 8/3/09

Alot of it really does depending on personal genetics plus how overweight you are. If you arent extremely obese a range of 2-4 lbs is a good range. The lower body fat you are the less you are going to lose.
I am not afraid... I was born to do this!

Very cliche but weight is not everything, measure yourself. I am losing 1-2lbs a week but some weeks no loss but 1/2 inch off waist. I judge buy how long I spend in front mirror looking at muscles i havn't seen in 15+ years, not vain just amazed.

Keto is really not about the scales but what you see in the mirror and that measuring tape because its a muscle sparing diet. This means you either maintain your muscle or increase in muscle size so this can effect weight gain but good weight gain.
