Smile Opinions on Maximum static contraction

What's everybody's opinions on maximum static contraction, the kind by peter sisqo n all them? I just heard about it n saw a quick vid on it the other day but wunna hear others' opinions, but dnt just rag on it cause its different cause i no people lik to do that, if its good say it is.

Just say no.

NASA did a study on it since you don't need weights just thins that don't move. They found that it did not increse muscle mass or even help retain muscle or bone density gained through other means. After they figured that out the quit studying it or doing it.
