Good work man. Good gains on the arms and chest, although I'd work on your shoulders and traps more,..

haha yeah thats my goal.
thanks man. honestly my lifts suck. Bench around 135lbs, squat 200 something, and deadlift 275lbs. I haven't been in a gym for a while so i've been doing mostly bodyweight exercises right now.
thanks man. my shoulders are my weakest. i really need to focus on them.
i start university next month so i'll have access to a gym.

Wow nice progress man, i feel like my 4-5 month progress is just terrible compared to that, i really need to start eating more...
Still though i can't believe your 160lbs and look twice the size of me. How come your squat is so high though? i reckon you could bench a lot more than 135...i do like 150 and your huge compared to me (i also have super long arms) but your squat is almost double mine, do you do ATG squats?...damn being tall is annoying sometimesLast edited by DRM19; 08-18-2009 at 06:38 AM.

Fuk me man thats still very respectable for just 1.5 years.
You deff. have the base to be a lean solid 170lbs, but why stop there?

It's definately the height factor seeing as I am 5'8". But i would rather be tall any day haha. I use to squat alot in highschool. Squats and deadlifts were the lifts i focused on. My bench is weak because i didn't bench often. I'm going to start focusing on that when i get in a gym. Don't get discouraged man, keep working at it and you'll be huge at 6'1.
thanks! i will post my progress once i hit 180lbs.
sounds good. i will most likely start bulking again after a cut.
thanks! 170lbs lean is what i'm aiming for since i'm not that tall. but even getting to a 170 lean is damn hard. its going to take a lot of work and dedication as well.

im the same height as you but 164, i think ur a little more lean than me, do u take creatine? i think that has definatly made me more "soft" looking. My lifts are more then you tho (no brag), keep going.
One question tho, why only 180? i was thinking about going to 200lbs then doing a cut to 175-180. i think if i could do that succesfully i would look pretty big at 5'8█♣█Canada █♣█
