just started today lol, other fat loss pills were fking up my thyroid (swelling in the neck and felt weird to swallow food)
my stack:
Multi-v w/ trib
NOW EGCg 80% catechins
Dymatize Tonalin CLA
Caffeine
O3 fish oils
going for a 6pack, not to be 'swole' so lifting heavy 5-6 times a week and speedwalking about 6-7 miles daily
i'll see how the next few weeks go...might keep a log actually if anyone caresExcuses are for people that need them.

Well I happen to be a fat farm animal taking 12g of CLA 3x a day, so... nyah
Really though, personally I think CLA is a good healthy fat to take in, but I doubt its effects on fat loss are significant enough to make it worthwhile unless you've got a fair chunk of change lying around to dose it really high. It is an omega-6 though so it's not like you're doing yourself a disservice by taking it.

I was thinking on incorporating it to help me along with a lean bulk. Basically trying to achieve the token "adding maximum muscle mass with minimum body fat gains." Truth be told, I already have a six pack, so I am not exactly an obese farm animal. My current stack:
Multi
EFAs (omega complex 3,6, and 9)
ON Pro Complex Gainer
Gaspari Myofusion
Glutamine
L-Carnitine
My diet is squared away. I am a firm believer that diet is key in everything, and I will not buy a supplement unless I know I am eating for the body I want to build. Would CLA even be remotely worth the time for someone like me?
REPS to all by the way, I appreciate the feedback guys.Life is too short to be small.
