    Looking for something basic to take with creatine

    what would you guys suggest? maybe some beta alinine? bcaa? just something simple to help bulk up.

    I always liked taking Purple Wraath with mine. No matter what brand creatine I always took it (wraath). Either that or Xtend.

    xtend, purple intrain, ice, intrabolic, one or the other. BCAA's and EAA's are pretty basic those are some good blends

    my preworkout shake is a scoop of protein, creatine mono, arginine, beta alanine, and glutamine. also, same as my post workout shake. its pretty damn nasty, but it gets the job done, an its alot cheaper buything everything seperate, and mixing all that together myself.

    Beta-alanine would be a good basic addition.
