Today I'm starting my second cut ever with the help of Driven Sports and Anabolic Innovations. I bought all these products on my own so this will be an unbiased no bs log.
The first month I'm running AX/Stoked since I only have one bottle left of Stoked and the second month will be AX/Glycobol. I ran all the products seperate before except for Glycobol but I will be able to tell the difference between that and ActivaTe.
I don't keep track of macros except for protein the best I can but I eat very clean.
My split will look like this with cardio for 20-30 minutes on off days and will add about 10 min after a workout if I platuea.
Usually do about 3 exercises per bodypart and I throw in dropsets, burn outs, supersets ect. depending on how I'm feeling. Never ran or set up a log before so any questions or suggestions on how I can make this better go right ahead. I'm out for Chest/Bi's.
