Cutting with AX/Stoked/Glycobol
Today I'm starting my second cut ever with the help of Driven Sports and Anabolic Innovations. I bought all these products on my own so this will be an unbiased no bs log.
The first month I'm running AX/Stoked since I only have one bottle left of Stoked and the second month will be AX/Glycobol. I ran all the products seperate before except for Glycobol but I will be able to tell the difference between that and ActivaTe.
I don't keep track of macros except for protein the best I can but I eat very clean.
My split will look like this with cardio for 20-30 minutes on off days and will add about 10 min after a workout if I platuea.
Mon: Chest/Biceps
Tue: Legs
Wed: Off/Cardio
Thurs: Shoulders/Triceps
Fri: Off/Cardio
Sat: Back/Traps
Sun: Off/Cardio
Usually do about 3 exercises per bodypart and I throw in dropsets, burn outs, supersets ect. depending on how I'm feeling. Never ran or set up a log before so any questions or suggestions on how I can make this better go right ahead. I'm out for Chest/Bi's.

Ok so I took my first AX/Stoked dose 2 caps each at around 10:30 right after`I woke up I know I'm lazy but its summer then had a shake of whey/pb/oats 30 mins later with my multi and vit c. Got to the gym around 12:30 for Chest/Bi's
Flat DB press: 80x10 85x6 85x6 90x4
Hammer Curls: 40x10 40x8 45x6 dropset 20x20
Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Chest: starts at 7 lbs. 97x12 102x8 102x6
BB Curls: 60x15 70x10 70x8
Cable Crossovers: 37.5x12 42.5x8 42.5x8
Preacher Curl Machine: 100x10 105x8 one handed 30x25 awsome pump
Felt ok for taking a week off. Endurance was definitely below average but a lot of that has to do with my lifestyle lately which hasnt been the best but I'm turning it around and chest is my weakness especially because of my wrist but overall really good pump and vascularity possibly the icarrin.
Postworkout was 5 grams mono in 100% fruit juice and scivation whey in milk with oats.

Guess I should mention my starting weight which is 186 trying to get down around 180-175 but I'm more of a mirror then scale guy. I really want to hit single digits sometime within the next two months because I hover around the 10-12 range depending on what I use to test.
The rest of the day went great took my second dose 2 pills AX/Stoked at 7:00 while at work and diet was on point today. Tomorrow is legs/abs

Today I woke up and took my AX/Stoked first thing in the morning around 10:45. Had breakfast about 25 minutes later with my multi and vit c. Then I hit the gym around 12:15 for legs and abs.
ATG Squats: 135x15 225x12 275x6 275x4
Seated Calf Raise: 90x15 90x15 100x12
Leg Press: 478x12 658x8 838x4
Wanted to finish up with some DB Lunges but was short on time so I went right to abs.
Weighted Sit-Up Machine: 60x25 65x15 70x10
Overall not too bad would have liked to move more weight and do some lunges but decent lift and pump in my legs. I sipped on some Lemonade Xtend during my lift then had 5 grams mono in some 100% fruit juice post with a plate of whole grain spaghetti....mmmm

Legs are beat from earlier and being on my feet as a waiter all day didn't help but diet has been good I'll start lowering my calories as I go and see fit. Took my second dose around 7:30. Nothing to really note yet vascularity might be up a little bit but it's only day 2 so what do you expect. Hoping for some vivid dreams tonight because I got those pretty normally from both products.
Night everyone tomorrow is light cardio since I'm sure doms will be kicken tomorrow.

It's been awhile since my last update been busy with work and getting stuff ready for college but everything is going pretty good so far. Yesterday I had a decent shoulder/tri workout which looked like this:
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press Machine: 55x20 100x8 100x6 100x4 dropset 55x12
Skullcrushers: 80x12 80x10 80x8
Front Raises: 20x15 25x12 30x8
Tri-Pushdown: 80x15 87.5x12 95x10
Side Raises: 15x12 20x11 25x8
Bodyweight Bench Dips: 2 sets of 25
Abs
Weighted sit-ups 50
Decent pump and vascularity which stayed for about 45 mins after the gym. Strength is starting to comeback and libido and hunger are definitely up. Postoworkout had 5 grams mono in 100% juice then a plate of whole grain spaghetti (so good). Seem to be leaning out very slightly but it's too early to say. Together they have kicked in much faster then stand alone. Tomorrow I'll do about 20-30 mins on the bike for some cardio.

Deadlift: 135x15 225x12 315x8
Smith Machine Shrugs: Front 135x25 185x12 Back 135x20 185x10 I do lower weight but do slow negatives each rep (just works for me as my traps are pretty big not bragging)
DB Rows: 50x15 60x12 70x8
Lat Pulldown: 120x6 120x6 120x6 120x6
Abs
Weighted sit-ups 50
also did some extra forearm work but nothing special
Postworkout: 5 grams mono and a whey shake with a banana and oats in milk

Been awhile since my last update been busy with college/work but still haven't missed a workout or dose of my AX/Stoked. Everything is going great so far I'm suprised how much faster they kicked in when combined. Libido, hunger, strength are all up along with muscle fullness. Diet has remained very clean besides my pb sandwich and milk before bed last night but could of been worse. Starting to lean out a little bit weight is at 184 so down two piunds while adding strength each workout, not bad for ten days or whatever I'm at.
Monday's chest workout went like this:
BB Bench Press: 135x15 185x8 185x6 185x4 I know my bench is **** but my wrist and elbow are part of the problem because of two baseball injuries.
Preacher Curls: 55x18 didn't know how much weight since I haven't done it since my injury 65x12 65x8 dropset 35x16 my arms never felt so big it was awsome veins running in my shoulders
DB Incline Press: 65x12 70x10 75x6
21's two sets with 50 lbs. barbell
Cable Crossovers: 37.5x18 42.5x12 42.5x12
IDK what to call it but you use the cable and do curls with your arms straight out to the side like you would if you were posing....anyway did a backwards pyramid for it 25x12 20x14 15x16
Had my 5 grams mono post with juice then 1 scoop scivation whey chocolate in milk with oats. Will update my leg workout from yesterday tomorrow I'm off to work now.

Thanks bro.......ok change of pace instead of cutting I realized I've been overeating since a couple of days ago and I'm putting on weight but still leaning out so I say fukc cutting I'm bulking and summers over anyway so lets get to 200. I'm actually a pound heavier as of now so 187 so I'm going to up my calories slightly to speed up this clean bulk.
Sorry if this throws anybody off but I don't like feeling skinny.

Ok last leg day was Tuesday and it went like this:
ATG Squats: 135x15 225x12 275x8 dropset 135x20 awsome pump
Seated Calf Raise: can't remember the starting weight but had 90 lbs on it + whatever the machine weighs so 90x20 90x18 90x16
Lunges: 40 lbs dumbells x 15 then felt like I was gonna "yack" so I took a five minute break and it just got worse I could barely stand up straight it hurt so bad so I just left but had an awsome workout going up until that point.
PW had 5 grams mono then 1 scoop scivation whey in milk with oats.
Wednesday did 15 minutes on the treadmill and abs
Thursday was Shoulders/Tri's:
Shoulder Press Hammer Strength since smith machine was broken and I don't have a spotter
55x20 100x10 100x8 100x6
Skullcrushers: 80x12 80x10 80x8
Front Raises: 25x12 25x12 30x10
Tri-Pushdown 95x15 95x12 42.5x25 no pump has ever compared!
Lateral Raises: 30x15 30x12 35x8
Bench Dips with 45 lb plate 1x15 1x12
Felt awsome did a lot of reps going to switch up rep ranges next week. PW 5 grams mono 1 scoop scivation whey in milk with oats. Strength/libido/hunger/alpha just keep climbing combined these products are awsome and exceeding my expectations.
Friday did 10 mins elliptical and abs

Ok here's how back and traps went yesterday.....
Deadlift: 135x15 225x12 315x8 I hit eight last week which was a PR so this stayed put but hopefully 9-10 next week
Lat Pulldown: 120x12 120x10 120x8 major improvements in endurance
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Row: Starting weight 12lbs. 82x20 102x12 112x8 dropset 57x25
BB Shrugs: 135x15 135x15 185x8 my grip was shot after eight not my traps but they get hit with DL's too so I called it a day.
Was sweating like crazy after workout which I attribute to AX/Stoked because I do sweat more on them and the fact that I cut down on rest times. Strength continues to climb and I'm not even 2 weeks in. Libido has leveled off since going up but is still up along with hunger, muscle hardness/fullness, and alpha male mentality. Diet has remained very clean and even with taking mono and bulking which usually leaves me somewhat bloated I have leaned out pretty well so far. Can't wait for the next 6 weeks I still have left if it's already this good.
PW I had 5 grams mono in some G2 then one scoop scivation whey in milk with oats.

Another thing I forgot to mention is the last few nights I've been sleeping much better so hopefully that continues because some nights I work until 12:30-1 at night then have to get up for class at 7. And both of these gave me vivid dreams especially the last few nights which was normal when i ran both individually.

Yeah the vivid dreams are awsome always makes for a fun nights sleep. Just got done with 15 min intense cardio on the treadmill and finished it up with the Ab Ripper from p90x which I know a lot of people seem to be against it but that three times a week has given me more ab definition and core strength then anything else and leaves me real sore the next day it's awsome and really intense. Now off to eat some crab and brown rice then work.

Chest/Bi's went like this.....
BB Bench Press: 135x15 185x8 185x8 185x6 135x12
Preacher Curls: 65x15 65x10 65x8 dropset 45x18
DB Incline Press: 70x8 70x8 then left and some guy was using the 70's how convenient
Hammer Curls: 45x6 45x6 45x6 dropset 20x12
Cable Flys: 25x10 25x10 25x10
Overhead Curls: I use the lat pulldown machine sit on it backwards and use a smaller bar so arms are shoulder with apart with elbows in behind my head and you curl the weight it's awsome. 40x12 40x12 45x10
PW had a G2 then 3 pieces whole wheat toast and four eggs. Had normal 5 grams mono prior to workout just to switch it up.
Really good pump when I finished in chest and bi's my shirt felt very tight which was a confidence boost. Vascularity is still good had veins running through my shoulders today and little one branching off from the main bicep vein. Good workout strength is slowly coming back in chest since hurting wrist and elbow. Preacher curls no longer hurt which is a good sign. Feel awsome in and out of the gym, libido has sort of leveled off but is still up as compared to off AX/Stoked but never had problems in that department. Strength continues to increase each week yet I'm still leaning out but haven't checked weight recently will only do that every so often. Love the stack so far and it's only the start of week two.

Legs day went like this..........
ATG Squats: 135x20 225x15 275x10 PR! 135x20Parallels could barley walk after that
Seated Calf Raise: Figured out starting weight is 60lbs 150x20 150x18 160x15 PR!
What do you know for the second week I started to feel sick in my stomach again during leg day and it only happens on leg day it's weird.
Finished up with bodyweight lunges.....
Lunges with foot on bench: 1x15 1x15 right into side lunges 1x10 right into diagonal lunges 1x10 good burn going but still felt sick so I called it a day.
Can't complain today with 2 PR's just wish I didn't feel sick. After the gym I was in a rush I had to run and get my contacts that came in so I just grabbed a chocolate milk as my postworkout nutrition and an hour later had a 2 burgers, one on a whole wheat bun and one plain. Today is the halfway point for AX/Stoked and I've been thoroughly impressed. Libido, strength, alpha, hunger, muscle hardness/fullness/pumps, all while leaning out pretty noticeably. I'm going to try and get pics up of before and after my two month run is up and I think you guys will agree I'm making solid progress. Tomorrow is light cardio and abs.

Thanks man no worries, glad to have you along. Strength increases and PR's are an every week even now it's awsome. Yeah I'm excited to see how Glycobol works when Stoked runs out.

Ok so today was a completely different workout with my friend. I didn't keep track of reps and weight because of all the new exercises and supersets we did and burnouts it would of been too much but it was an intense shoulders/tris session and I'm already feeling it.
Post workout was two plates of whole wheat spaghetti with 5 grams mono. Had an awsome pump and vascularity going during and after my lift. Can't give a true strength improvement because I wasn't doing my normal routine but I'm sure I would have hit a PR or two but that will have to wait until next week.

Okay so Friday was light cardio I did 15 minutes on the bike and then did Ab work which even made my abs sore the next day.
Saturday was back/traps and I was in a hurry so I completely switched up and condensed my workout......
Deadlift: 135x20 superset BB rows: 95x20
Deadlift: 135x20 superset BB rows: 95x20
Deadlift: 135x20 superset BB rows: 95x20
Deadlift: 185x20 superset BB rows: 125x20
short rest times in between made this an intense workout and my lower back was so pumped it hurt. Not a bad workout for having like 25 minutes and doing it in my basement but it was definitely intense and my back is feeling it this morning.

Okay so Sunday I played 7 on 7 tackle football for about 2 hours or so which was awsome and made for a good cardio workout.
Today was chest/bis and the gym was closed so I worked out in my basement again.....
BB Bench press: 135x15 135x15 185x10 185x8
Hammer Curls: 45x8PR 45x8 45x6dropset20x15
Pec-Dec: 140x10 140x8 140x6
BB Curls: 65x18 65x15 65x12 65x10
Push-ups: 3x20 with grips
Decent workout put up 185x10 which is an improvement over last week even while wrist really flared up so chest strength is slowly coming back so no complaints here and 45x8 was a PR which I hit twice. I don't really like working out in my basement I find it hard to get motivated in a dingy basement but decent workout overall.

Today was legs and my workout went like this........
ATG Squats: 135x20 225x15 275x10 185x20
Smith Machine Calf Raises: 135x25 185x20 225x15
Lunges: 40x10 then went to bodyweight -------> one foot on bench 1x20 side lunges 1x20
No PR's today but 185x20 after my first three sets for squats was a nice endurance increase. Probably could of got 11-12 at 275 but calf was sort of hurting from playing football over the weekend so I hit 10 and stopped. New Vascularity is starting to show in forearms they look like spider webs at times and little one branching off the main bicep vein. A Little over 3 weeks into the stack but nothing to complain about except libido seems either very high or very low which is weird but AX gave me this before around the same time of 3 weeks. I've heard of Divanil lowering libido in some but mines not necessarily lower just off/on. Never had this on Stoked which gave a nice libido increase the whole time when I ran it alone. Any reps have an idea of why AX might do this?
