Keep it up there is some development there you just need to ramp the weight up on bench and other compound movements involving triceps. Close grip dips are great just make sure you dont lean forward.
Do explosive movements.

Ah thanks for the advise bro.
Well , if you must know , i've actually dropped from 20+%bf to now. I''m not sure of my bf now in the pic , but i'm sure i'm 15kgs lighter and definately less than 20%bf .
