whats wrong with my joints??
over the 8 months ive been lifting properly my joints have been getting worse and worse. I used to be able to do skull crushers without any problems but then a couple months ago it started that every time i lower the dumbbell my right elbow cracked and there was a lot of pain so i was annoyed because i liked skull crushers but took then out from my routine because i just couldnt do them any more. so today i was benching and my right elbow started clicking each time i lowered it and it was painful, then i stretched my arms a bit more and then on incline bench my left elbow started making a popping sound and after 2 reps i had a lot of pain and its still aching now. for a few months now both my elbows have made weird cracking and clicking sounds and feel a bit weird when i try to stretch them completely.
also my shoulders and hips have started making a lot of cracking sounds and sometimes they get pretty uncomfortable.
i always warm up fairly good and i take fish oil capsules and use good form. why are my joints messing up and is there something i can do to fix it?

Use different papers....hahahaha, god damn am I tried.
Anyways, I'd get checked by a doctor if I were you. Get a professional opinion. If he says there's nothing really wrong, and it's still like this, I suggest you take a supplement for it. First one that comes to mind is Animal Flex. There are others though.

This is a two part question since you used "and".
- Your joints are probably messing up because it's all wear and tear. If you are building muscle more weight is added to those joints, which induces higher stress to those joints since it is unable to carry that extra load.
- True. There are lots of stuff you can do to fix it. You can go see a doctor to get it checked out and see what's wrong (seriously who does this?) or you can just work out with less intensity to see if your condition improves or not. Perhaps you are not having enough calcium in your diet, which is leading to an early form of osteoporosis or even osteoarthritis (the price we pay for being athletes).

The 2nd part of your post pisses me off. No, that isn't the price you pay for being an athlete. If they find something as serious as arthritis at the age of 17 there are medicines to slow down the gradual process of it. Once you got it, you got it, but there is **** out there.
And "seriously who does this?". Wanna know who? Men. Men who are mature enough to put their health over their ego and are old enough to pull up their big boy pants when there is an injury present.

Obesity was once thought as a disease that only affected adults. Now you see little kids with big tummies hanging out of "Bang me" tee shirts and yes they're obesed.
Look at all professional athletes in sports, they are very prone to injury, and with all that money they make, when they finally retire they have to live with the stress to their body resulting from all that rigorous training.
Edit: In life, there's always a cost and benefit. Wouldn't it be nice if every decision and action we make resulted into something that will benefit us? That's LIFE 101 for you!

Hello KVNT.
Try out super cissus: http://health-and-beauty.become.com/...es--c210917176
Apparently it works wonders. I wanna give it a try. Maybe give that a try. Stop training for 1-2 weeks and super dose cissus, fish oil and glucosamine.

Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM will help. Lube your joints.
But, really, see a doctor. The popping and pain afterwards isn't normal

You've been having this problem for months and still haven't made a trip to doctor? Dude seriously that's retarded, no offense or anything.
Go to a doctor, the fact that you're on fish oil supps means it's probably nothing to do with the lubrication of the joints.

In the good old U-S of A, not all people can afford to go see the doctor, I know I can't. Most just suck it up and deal with it hoping the problem would just go away.

How do you know your using proper form? You could be using bad form without even knowing it, putting stress on your joints.
I doubt your over-training but always a possibility.
You could be genetcially incline to have bad/weak joints.
Lack of calcium.
Not warming up properly.
Maybe you just need a week off.
That's all I got.

Dude if you want to talk healthcare, how about waiting 4 months for a knee X-Ray? Doctor costs what? Maybe 40-50? for a quick check up, **** get's expensive once you're seeing specialists.
Never said everyone can see a doctor, but guessing on your health or "sucking it up" is just idiotic.

Health care sucks bad. The system is just being milked and soon we shall see the effects.
I know my brother who messed up his finger from playing some football, can't even go see the doctor cus he doesn't have any health insurance. He's just letting it heal on its own, despite the pain.

alright thanks for the advice everyone. yeah i suppose i will take some time off, see a doctor and look into some supps like glucosamine. i havent really wanted to go to the doctor just hoping it would go away by itself and not wanting the doctor to tell me my joints were damaged. i drink a load of milk so i dont think its calcium but i realised i lock out on skull crushers and bench at the top usually dont know why it always seemed natural but i been reading thats hard on the elbows so that could be a problem teamed with maybe natural weak joints.
