    Amino Acids - Body Acne?

    Hey guys,

    I have a question about takin amino acids (AMINO 2222).
    I know several people who used amino acids (as stated above) who suddenly got a blast of body acne (pimples) mostly appeared on their backs.

    Is this a side effect? Is there an alternative supplement to use or something to stack it with? What can I do to prevent the pimples from appearing?

    Some say if you took amino acid tabs, you should sweat it out so thhere'd be no pimples...

    I dunno... =)

    Taking amino acids can cause acne for those unfortunate ones lol just visit a dermatologist haha we're not doctors here bro
