well the first pic was during spring...but i didnt cut right away...the cut took a total of 12 weeks, could have done it in less but it was hard enough to do 30 min of cardio in the morning because of my job but if i did 45 min i would have seen results alot sooner.

Nice man, so 1 month from pic 3-5 that is impressive. I'm not too familiar with carb cycling, do you prefer it as opposed to just eating under maintenance and doing cardio? Also how much cardio do you do, and what type, HIIT, jog, etc. Just wondering because you're pic 5 is about the BF that I want within a month or so and currently I'm a bit lower than you were at in pic 3.

CARDIO: Atleast 30min in the morning on empty stomach and atleast 30 min post workout (Low intensity for both) I sometimes ran 3 miles, but that would kill muscle i felt like
Diet was carb cycling...there are a million ways to do it

low intensity works really well if you do 45 min - 60 min...30 min is good though
this was my first time ever carb cycling and it worked really well...but the thing that really held me back was not weighing out my food. when i started the cut i got a scale and weighed out all my meat and looking at what 6-8oz of meat looks like, i must have been eating atleast a pound of meat every meal ever since i started working out...and i think thats the MAJOR reason i wouldent get cut even though i was eating very clean all the time

So if you don't mind my asking, what did your low intensity cardio consist of?
And I'm really glad to see such progress from you!

lol, I say do another bulk right now, you're looking ****ing solid brah! Or just eat like 200 cals over ur maintenance level...
this article may be of help
http://www.tmuscle.com/article/bodyb...ut_bulking&cr=
you may disagree, but I dont...I think the author is completely right.
He does make sense... he basically says, you may gain more muscle while bulking, but after bulking, you have to cut for a few months where you cant gain any muscle and potentially lose some... so basically he says its good to eat a bit over ur maintenance...and he gives a little chart on how many calories you should consume for optimal muscle growth.
