So lets say one week I do Barbell bench. then the next I do Dumbbell bench. Do you think this will lead to better muscle gains? Knowing that Dumbbell isolates a muscle better than the barbell.

You will deconditionned your CNS to barbell movements when youll switch to DBs and vice versa. This will only be a waste of time.
You better stick to a DB or BB version of the lift and stick to it as long as you can.
Feel free to switch every week if you want to, but youll realise it's pointless sooner or later.☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆
