Does anyone know the quickest way to get rid of one? I've been using every cream known to man but it's gotten worse over the past few days

Reps for any suggestions!

urine. pee on one of those cotton ear wads and put in on it. Unless it's on the tip of your tongue you'll hardly taste anything.

Also kills warts better than anything else.

You can get a Prescription for Valtrex (best option by far). Arginine feeds the virus, and its also pretty common in alot of bodybuilding supps. Especially in protein powders and NO supps. Cut as much arginine from your diet as possible, and also get some lysine. It blocks the absorption of Arginine.

LOL, I used to have this roomate back in college, and this f34ker swore he had fever blisters. Like every other month this moron would have a giant ass blister on his lip and say It's a fever blister. That sh*t wasn't a fever blister it was a straight up Herpie breaking out.

I have some L-Lysine I take when I feel one coming on and it works like a charm.

Yea i've always heard Lysine helps control it pretty well. I get around 2-3g's through Protein Shakes and i've been taking 2g's daily through capsules

Strong unaware of Herpes-1 vs. Herpes-2 in this thread. Yes OP has Herpes-1, so does about 90% of the general population. Fortunately only about 20% of that 90% will ever have visible symptoms from it (cold sore on/around mouth/lips). OP is one of those unlucky ones, but it doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of the population has what he has. Herpes-2 is the genital variety, and the one most people think of when they think "Herpes!".

nobody ever said it was herpes 2, and you can get 1 on your mouth or genitals and 2 on your mouth or genitals.
