    Websites for information

Just wondering which websites everyone uses for information about the fitness industry, apart from this one I love exrx.net and have just discovered fitnesscourses.org, its very raw atm but could become very handy in the future.

    any other suggestions?

Try CrossFit.com. Plenty of free info. and they also publish a monthly journal for only $25.00/yr. All kinds of researched based info., exercises, workouts, videos, articles and much more. I've learned more from this site and organization than any other site or certification out there. Read, learn and change your views of "FITNESS" forever. It pays to be open minded and always "Think Outside the Box"!

I've always trained and coached this way and never followed the "popular fitness trend crap" that's out there. Be original, genuine, true to yourself and your clients. Success will follow!
