Honestly, wanna know how much I isolate my traps? I do shrugs once ever month, if that sometimes.
Everyone says they're huge. The only thing I can imagine is that I was so god damned fat (360) that they just grew because my shoulders and arms constantly had so much damn weight pulling them down.
Another possibility: Genetics? Not sure about that one though because my dads a tiny little ****. Neither of my parents are over 5'6 and both have small ass frames. Just wondering because some people have genetically gifted forearms.

damn them things are monster. They look freaky like that guy on 300. I doubt they would be big since you use to be fat usually people that were previously fat get overdeveloped leg muscles because they walk around with so much weight. I guess the fact that you use to be fat could be why. As for your mom and dad you couldve inherited your grandpas frame or some other ancestor its not always your mom and dads genes , for example i have brown eyes and neither of my parents do.

This is about as normal lighting as I can get. In my bathroom with the flash turned off. Did shoulders today so I can't flex it as hard so I'll probably wake up and do it again.
It's seriously just like a ****ing ball. My boss, who's a bodybuilder, says he has no idea why it balls up like that."You have to be able to save your own life. Nobody is going to save it for you. So we have to do, what we have to do. No matter what it is"

my friend who has never lifted a dumbell in his life or done anything physical has huge ass traps too. traps that can be compared to mine and im shrugging 150lb dumbells. i really dont understand, but i guess its just genetics. the rest of his body is nothing like his traps, and he's never been fat and is ~14% body fat at 160lb

Nope, I'm a righty. My left side developed insanely fast when I sliced the tendons in my fingers in my right hand in a meat slicer at work. Couldn't use my right hand for 2 months and my left took over. You know how hard it was to use only machines and not being able to grip? Haha.
