i have for almost a whole year and gotten terrific results from it, the workouts would be preceded by a sprinting session that lasts from 1 to 2.5 hours in length. Lifting workout usually 80-120 mins.
I had absolutely terrific results from a lifting routine that went like this
sun: regular squats 2 warm up sets + 3x8 - increase weight by 5 pounds per week + other upper/lower body exercises (either power cleans or RDLs included)
mon:
tues: upper body lifting
wed: squats/RDLs/high volume lower body
thurs:
fri: box squats or squat lockouts + heavy deadlifts
ya i have with good results... though in the past usually been RDLs instead of traditional deadlifts.Last edited by squat4speed; 08-15-2009 at 08:34 PM.

I'm 99% positive there isn't any accredited strength programs that utilizes 3 days of ME effort deadlifts and squats.... even Westside programs use just 1 day of ME lower body.
The closest thing I know is Rippetoes, which for me was 3 days of heavy squatting, adding 5lbs a week. But after getting up to 320lbs 3x5, I almost blacked out man.... its hard stuff. If I had to add heavy deadlifts all 3 days, I would of probably fainted.Last edited by al_77; 08-15-2009 at 08:47 PM.

point being? the objective is to look at results for someone and not programs. I never will train under a specific program, I have done enough good lifts relative to my age/body weight and have enough records and this considering sprinting is my first priority and takes majority of my energy.
objective = see if anyone else does good with 3x ME sessions
